Hard-Fi release their first live DVD, 'In Operation' on 8th May through Necessary / Atlantic. Featuring a full live performance, all the band's videos and exclusive behind the scenes footage, 'In Operation' also comes backed with 'CCTVersions – an exclusive CD of alternative dub versions of tracks from the band's debut album.

Filmed at London's historic Astoria venue during their sold out 15 date UK tour in December 2005, 'In Operation' is an essential document of a legendary tour. The performance, in front of an ecstatic hometown crowd, features all the tracks on Hard-Fi's 750,000 selling, number one debut album 'Stars Of CCTV', plus brand new track 'You And Me' and the band's version of 'Seven Nation Army' – a massive crowd favourite.

Additional footage includes all the Hard-Fi videos, from April 2005'
s 'Tied Up Too Tight' through to current single 'Better Do Better' (currently sitting at number 7 in the UK singles chart midweeks). There is also behind the scenes footage from the making of each video plus the 'Stars Of CCTV' EPK and mini-documentary 'In Operation' – a Channel 4 special on the band. Eagle eyed fans will also be able to find a host of hidden content on the DVD, including 2004's rarely seen, original video for 'Cash Machine' which saw the band dodging security to vault the perimeter fence at Heathrow airport to film just feet from the main runway.

Meanwhile, the exclusive additional CD 'CCTVersions' compiles dub versions of 'Stars Of CCTV' tracks produced by Wongtom, Wolsey White, the co-producer of 'Stars Of CCTV', and Roots Manuva. These versions have been produced over the previous eighteen months – from January 2005's 'Cash Machine' B-side 'Dub Machine' to never-heard-before versions of 'Move On Now' and 'Stars Of CCTV'.

The release of 'In Operation' will coincide with the start of Hard-Fi's biggest UK tour to date. Selling out in a day, the tour kicks off on 7th May at Manchester Apollo and culminates with five sold out nights at the 5000 capacity Brixton Academy when Hard-Fi will join The Clash, Bob Dylan, Massive Attack and The Prodigy as the only acts to have played five consecutive nights at the legendary venue.
