American student Matt Buckner (Elijah Wood) heads to London after being unfairly expelled from Harvard. Befriended by the charming but dangerous Pete Dunham (Charlie Hunnam), Matt is introduced to the passion, excitement and comraderie of English football. Pete and his close knit group of friends make up the Green Street Elite (GSE), a hard core group of West Ham United supporters - and one of the toughest London football firms. Matt is quickly drawn into the intrigue, brotherhood and intense loyalty of life inside the GSE. But soon his dangerous new life will put at risk everything he holds dear.

The talented young cast includes, Elijah Wood (Lord of the Rings, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), Charlie Hunnam (Queer as Folk, Nicholas Nickleby), Claire Forlani (Meet Joe Black, Stroke of Genius), Leo Gregory (Stoned, Perfect Creature), Marc Warren (Hustle, State of Play) and Rafe Spall (Shaun of the Dead, The Calcium Kid).
