elbow have confirmed their first non festival appearances for 2003. The band, who recently finished recording their second LP, "Cast of Thousands", will play a very special London show at The Scala, Pentonville Road, on Thursday July 10th.

Tickets, priced £12, are only available from the band's interactive screensaver. This can be downloaded at www.elbow.co.uk.

The show will be a first chance for fans to hear the new tracks and is elbow's first show in the UK since their appearance at V2002.

elbow also play a special show in Edinburgh as part of the city's T in the Fringe series of shows. The band play at The Liquid Rooms on Sunday August 17th. Tickets are£10 and are available from the usual agents.
