BURNOUT 3: TAKEDOWN - PS2 Review |

takedown the camera tracks the crash in slo-mo, showing the car as it is ripped and burnt apart but allowing you to continue with the race in complete safety. Once a takedown has occurred you will be rewarded by having your burnout bar filled to the max, so crash, crash and be merry. Just remember your opponents are trying to inflict the same damage on you as you are on them so it is a survival of the fittest and fastest. When you have been hit by a takedown you can still cause havoc by holding down R1 and nudging your out of control car into the path of other cars. It isn't realistic, not much of this game is but it sure keeps you interested at all times. The types of cars on offer have only two variables to worry about when choosing your weapon (that's exactly what your car is), those are speed and weight. The lighter the car the better it can drift around corners, the heavier the car the better it is in taking down opponents. Its your choice. Its high velocity, adrenaline pumping car racing at its very best, so don't be shy buy it. UNCLE ANDY'S VERDICT GAMEPLAY As good if not better than anything I have ever played GRAPHICS Top marks LIFE SPAN Burn on and on and on and on and on and on, you get the picture 95% still BURNING and taking the suckers down
