Brakes release their stomping indie anthem 'All Night Disco Party', given a new lease on life through Graham Sutton's exhilerating remix. Brakes' brilliant debut album 'Give Blood' was one of the most unexpected delights of 2005. Brakes are led by Eamon, formerly of British Sea Power, and feature members of ESP and Tenderfoot. Brakes experienced an incredible year of high praise from critics and punters alike in 2005 which culminated in their debut album 'Give Blood' being crowned 'Album Of The Year' by The Rough Trade Shops.
Currently touring with The Editors following a mass of recent dates with Belle & Sebastian and Maximo Park. They're already at work on album 'number 2', but meanwhile, are about to let loose 'All Night Disco Party' as a single on April 17th. It'll be released hot on the heels of their highly anticipated appearance at the South By South West convention in Austin, Texas on March 17th. 'All Night Disco Party' has already been picked up off the album and declared "anthem of the summer" by Italy's most popular radio station and become a huge hit in Australia, Spain, France and Malaysia. Lou Reed, Flea and Fonda 500 have all declared themselves fans, whilst the fans who actually turn up to gigs have been becoming more and more rabid.
