Taken from his 2006 record ‘The Letting Go’, Strange Form Of Life is the latest single/EP release from the prolific ‘jack of all trades’ Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy.

This single sees Will Oldham combine with Dawn McCarthy to bring contrasting vocals among gentle percussion & a combination of electric & acoustic arrangements to deliver a deep, country-tinged (yet incredibly contemporary) soundscape. The following three songs (which were recorded whilst on tour last year) see ‘Prince’ Billy take a more stripped down approach and you even get 2 videos to boot. Well worth the purchase.
