In music terms, Nashville, Tennessee, is most commonly associated with country music, but there's little of this to be found from be your own PET. The quartet played their first gig in 2003, and released their first UK single last year.

Screeching guitars on "Adventure", a slow-burning track that highlights the vocal talents of Jemina Pearl Abegg, interrupt a hypnotic rhythm section. However, the track fails to develop into anything memorable, and is overshadowed by the b-sides. "OUCH" and "We Will Vacation, You can Be My Parasol" both are vibrant punk songs with much more energy, and are both impressive.
