What makes ADF so unique is the cross culture synthesis of music and intellectual conscience of lyrics. There are so many influences in ADF's music. ‘Their distinctive sound is a combination of hard ragga-jungle rhythms, indo-dub basslines, searing sitar- inspired guitars and 'traditional' sounds gleaned from their parents' record collections, shot through with fast-chat conscious lyrics’(taken from ADF website).
I feel the guitar influence in their music gives them a unique edge which could make even the hardest punk rocker relate to their music. Keep Bangin’ on the walls is a fast paced bass driven journey with times for spiritual reflection. A definite must for the music progressive enthusiast.
