After hitting No.33 with ‘Hear My Name', Armand Van Helden comes back into the limelight with ‘My My My' the second of three exclusive new tracks Armand has made for ‘New York: A Mix Odyssey' (Southern Fried), his critically acclaimed mix album. This track is already proving to be a big one in Ibiza . It has all the right formula to make it as an anthem. Its house music at it's coolest. There's very simple use of vocals repeating constantly through the track with nice backing to give ‘My My My' nice layers and depth. The drums bang along nicely setting a funky pace with cool bass giving the track some spunk. Then there's atmospherics for those trippy moments. All in all, it's a well-crafted house track, totally uplifting in nature and strictly for those who want to dance. Not bad.
