Apocalyptica are a singular voice in music. From their days as a cover band in Finland to one of the most original metal bands in history, they've long since left their days as a musical curiosity behind them. Sold out venues the world over say it all - the band that closed the chasm between Shostakovich and Metallica, between concert halls and rock venues - has become one of the most respected groups on the planet. They may confound some and inspire others, but whatever you make of them, Apocalyptica are originals, and theirs has been a rock 'n' roll fairy tale come true.

On September the 24th Apocalyptica will be releasing 'Im Not Jesus' featuring Corey Taylor
(Stone Sour, Slipknot), the first single from their forthcoming Jacob Hellner (Rammstein) produced full length album 'Worlds Collide' (out 1st October).

Apocalyptica have also released the live DVD 'The Life Burns Tour' on May the 14th across the UK, set off on a tour across Europe and Japan in October 07 (hitting the UK between the 11th (London Astoria) and the 15thof December (Ireland TBC)) AND are building up to the release of 'Worlds Collide' that will feature a host of incredible guest stars including Corey Taylor, Dave Lombardo (Slayer), Tomoyasu Hotei (superstar Japanese composer, whose credits include the Kill Bill soundtrack), Cristina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil), Till Lindemann (Rammstein) and MANY more.
