Weezer release a new single 'Pork and Beans' on June 23rd 2008 through Geffen/Polydor Records. Their 6th studio album simply titled 'Weezer will be out on June 16th 2008. This single couldn't be a better more raucous way to start off Weezer's 2008, the track was recorded with Jacknife Lee.

The video for Pork and Beans stars a few familiar faces including K-Fed and Chris Crocker among others crazy internet stars. Mmm Mentos and diet coke experiments.

Weezer have released an standout record every 7 years, each featuring some of their biggest singles. 1994's 'The Blue Album', brought 'Buddy Holly'. 'The Green Album' in 2001, featured 'Hash Pipe', and now 'Pork and Beans' looks set to continue that trend.
