Standing Next To Me is the second single from The Last Shadow Puppets, released on Monday 7th July 2008 through Domino Records. This is the follow-up single to 'The Age Of The Understatement', which is also the name of the album.

This time Turner and Kane share vocal duties and the video was filmed in London by Richard Ayoade. The Last Shadow Puppets will be performing a special set at this years Festival Republics Leeds and Reading festivals.
