Pop Levi releases a new single Dita Dimone on July 7th 2008 through Counter Records, this single is featured on the album 'Never Never Love' released on July 14th. If you've seen Pop Levi live you probably haven't forgotten the experience. A bundle of sexual energy, outrageous trousers and quite ridiculous guitar chops, last time round Pop was running the standard rock 4 piece. But this is a man who doesn't like to stand still.

In keeping with the more soulful, pop-oriented sound of "Never Never Love," the new live show will feature Pop and his guitar alone in the spotlight while longtime associate Beaches will be responsible form syn-bass and drum machine. As Pop himself memorably puts it, "it's like if Dylan went electronic".

Crerating a truly weird and yet totally accessible sound, this is just the latest evolution in Pop's career. While he felt in some ways stymied by the cliches of the rock combo, here he intends to cut loose and give even more of himself to his audience. "It's more pure, more of who I am" he explains, "less frills. Future-soul-hip-pop."
