Operahouse release a new single 'Genius Child' on 30th March 09 through Marrakesh Records. The single is featured on the bands highly anticipated album 'Escape From The Sun' scheduled for release in April.

Based in Camden the band, the band spent the end of 2008 recording their first full length album with Richard McNamara of Embrace. When asked about the bands sound Alexander Kaines (guitarist and vocalist) wishes to describe it as 'A big, epic, sci-fi thing' and that actually works quite well!

The band will be playing gigs in the UK over the course of the next few months.
