Singer songwriter Mason Jennings is Jack Johnson's Brushfire Records latest signing. Based in Minneapolis, Jennings has already released 5 albums and sung two tracks on the Bob Dylan film 'I'm Not There' and Masons previous album, 'Boneclouds' was released on Modest Mouse's Glacial Pace label.

In the Ever is the title of his sixth release, Mason sights many influences such as his favourite band of all time Led Zeppelin and performers like Johnny Cash, Leadbelly and Hank Williams. The album was recorded as naturally as possible, no large scale production, Mason set himself up in a small studio in the woods with a laptop and a couple of microphones to create the albums sound.
