Katy Perry releases a new single 'Waking Up in Vegas' on June 8th 09 through Virgin Records. This is the fourth single proper from Katy's album 'One Of The Boys' which came out in September last year.

The single prior to this release 'Thinking Of You' reached #23 in the UK chart not quite didn't quite as successful as her multi-platinum selling track 'I Kissed A Girl'. The video for Waking Up In Vegas features Joel Moore (Dodgeball) as Katy's love interest and was directed by Joseph Kahn who recently worked on the videos for Lady GaGa's 'Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)' and 'LoveGame'.

Katy will be in the UK throughout June, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour will be supporting her.
