Jet have finished work on their third studio album 'Shaka Rock' and it's set for released on 7th September 2009 through Real Horrorshow Records/Five Seven Music. The first single is titled She's A Genius was named #1 most added rock song in their native of Australia.

With Shaka Rock the band tried to mix the 70's rock style of their 2003 album Get Born and the melodical feel on their 2006 album Shine On.
