Biffy Clyro release a new single 'The Captain' on 26th October 2009 through 14th Floor Records. Biffy Clyro have worked up the ranks of rock royality unlike a lot of better known bands of the moment. Their 2007 album Puzzle saw them break through and reach the ears of a lot of people that previously hadn't heard their material even though they'd had a relatively successful career up to that point. Biffy are now ready to release a new album 'Only Revolutions', produced by Garth Richardson who also produced Puzzle.

The band are also set to head out on tour throughout October and November. Support comes from Manchester Orchestra and Pulled Apart By Horses.
