Barringtone release their debut single 'Snake In The Grass' on June 23rd 2008 through This Is Music, their lead singer Barry Dobbin used to be in an acclaimed band called Clor. This time Dobbins offers us some electro pop, produced by fellow sonic traveller Jas Shaw of Simian Mobile Disco. The group was created in 2007, Barringtone is Connan Coolidge, Boomer Opperman and Barry Dobbin.

The single comes complete with 2 B-sides ‘Salad Of Despair’ and an alternative but no less interesting version of ‘Snake In The Grass’.
