Avenged Sevenfold release their new single 'Dear God' on July 14th 2008 through Warner music, the single is released just after the band play Twickenham Stadium with Iron Maiden on July 5th, unfortunately tickets are now sold-out.

Taken from their current self-titled album, produced by the band and mixed by Andy Wallace (System of a Down, Linkin Park), it's full of heavy riffage, fluid leads, battering rhythms and insistent hooks. The band return to the UK to play Festival Republic's Leeds & Reading Festivals.
