Review of The Art Of Kissing EP from Violet.

Violet are another cool outfit from the Ninja Tune stable. Their blend of uber cool sweet female vocals with interesting drum rhythms create a real atmosphere and sophistication. The first track on this EP 'The Art Of Kissing' has nice drum rolls and soulful guitar with the female vocalist singing sweet, soulful and heartfelt vocals that creates a very smooth and likable track. 'Woe Be Gone' is just as engrossing and the Flying Lotus Luckiest Charm version is very interesting and cool. In fact that's how I would describe this outfit, definitely cool! This is first rate chilled music with loads of class.
