Two years ago Glasvegas couldn't get a gig outside of their native city for love nor money. Since then of course, they've risen to become one of the UK's brightest musical exports. Debut album 'Glasvegas' reached Platinum status months ago culminating in a Mercury Music Prize nomination, while their almost relentless touring schedule has seen them play with the likes of U2 and Oasis not to mention gain endorsements from the likes of Guns'n'Roses Duff McKagan along the way.

Now, back in the UK for the first time in ages, Contactmusic caught up with them at this year's Leeds Festival.
