Samir Horn is a former U.S. Special Operations officer, his work has taken him all over the world on various missions but he's caught in a complicated web of intelligence officers and counter intelligence.

Horn is linked to many different underground crime organisations and top FBI agent Roy Clayton thinks he's able to take him down. As the plot unwraps it becomes apparent that Horn might be the character he's been made out to be.
