When college student Casey Beldon starts seeing things and hallucinating she goes to her doctor for help. The doctor advises her that her that she has an irregularity in her retina, one usually associated with twins.

Casey seeks answers through her family, her grandma offers a little clarity when she thinks it's connected to her uncle who was a prisoner in Auschwitz, when in the camp the Nazi's performed tests on the boy and now the demon wants to escape through Casey.
