The Rocker is a new comedy from Peter Cattaneo, the director who's previously brought us The Full Monty. The Rocker tells us the story of Robert 'Fish' Fishman, a failed drummer who is still somewhat stuck in the 80's.

Fish is about to give up all ope after 20 years of nothing happening, when his nephew finds out his band A.D.D. needs a new drummer, The group reluctantly make him the newest member of the band, giving him the chance to reclaim the rock God throne he always thought he deserved.

Starring Rainn Wilson (The Office, An American Workplace; Juno), Emma Stone (Superbad) and Josh Gad (21: Bringing Down the House). The ensemble cast also includes Christina Applegate (Anchorman; Married With Children), Jason Sudeikis (What Happens in Vegas; Saturday Night Live), Will Arnett (Blades of Glory; Arrested Development) and Jane Lynch (Talladega Nights, The 40 Year Old Virgin).
