Fred Simmons is on a mission to take the art of Taekwondo to the small town where he lives in the Deep South. He's always been a bit of a doosh but when he discovers his wife's been doing extra 'jobs' for her boss Simmons life is turned upside down and runs of the rails.

Fred starts drinking, becoming violent to his male students and desperately trying to 'connect' with his female students. Eventually he realises his life can't go one the way things are, a visit to see his idol Chuck 'The Truck' Wallace may just be what Fred needs to get his life together.
