No matter how hard you try, there's always 'one final con' when you're in the business of scamming people. For Stephen and Bloom their last con involves trying to trick a very wealthy but dozy heiress out of millions of dollars. The duo go to New Jersey to check out Penelope. Bloom (Brody) takes up an equal life to Penelope and the scam begins.

As well as Bloom and his brother Stephen and Penelope, there's another important person in their team Bang Bang, an explosives expert. As Bloom and Penelope's friendship shifts from professional into something more, Bloom starts to question his brothers plan and if it's actually one of the most dangerous things he's ever done.
