Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is a competition run in America for teenagers. The idea behind the scheme is you enter a business plan and from thousands of entries the judges pick a winner. Film maker Mary Mazzio takes a look at this years candidates, the kids are of every possible ethnic origin and live all over the US, each one sharing a dream to succeed and do well.

From over 24,000 entries the final competition centres on 35 young and eager entrepreneurs, throughout the course of the competition the teenagers will receive advice from established high profile entrepreneurs and the winner receives $10,000 to put into their business idea.
