Seven Pounds starts with a list of seven people, the list was created by Ben Thomas, a man who feels his life must change, the only thing that connects these seven people is change, they all need one - be it financial / medical or spiritual. Ben's plans for a life change are soon altered when he falls for one of the other people on the list, Emily Posa.
