Frank Castle is a man seeking justice, his loved ones have been killed by the Mafia and Frank decides he's going to take them on, equipped with a truck full of guns his first blood thirsty battle leads to him disfiguring one of his main rivals, who after the disfiguration is called Jigsaw.

The FBI are chasing the mafia and Frank, but they haven't been able to arrest either, Frank must stand up to Jigsaw's newly formed army before more of their deeds go unpaid for.
