Sean Penn leads a fantastic cast in Milk directed by Gus Van Sant. Harvey Milk was elected in 1977, he was the first openly homosexual official in California and he was constantly under fire from other officials who didn’t agree with his open sexuality.

Milk strived for peoples rights and his lives changed history, during his political career, he bridged gaps between many groups from senior citizens to union workers. His story is truly inspirational and he has created his own place in history.
