Alex the lion, Melman the Giraffe, Marty the zebra, and Gloria the hippo, King Julien, Maurice and the penguins are all back in the brand new Madagascar movie, ‘Escape 2 Africa’

The zoo-raised animals from New York are still stranded in Madagascar, the loveable creatures have hatched a plan to make their move to finally leave the land. The penguins attempt to repair a old crashed plane, amazingly the New Yorkers manage to control the plane only to crash into one of the wildest places in the world, this time the animals find themselves in Africa! For the first time, the animals meet more wild animals of their same species.

The friends find themselves once again getting to grips with their all new surroundings, they rapidly realise the differences between the concrete jungle and the heart of Africa. Africa seems to be quite an amiable home for the creatures but is it as good as their New York Central home.
