The people of Naples and Caserta are in a constant battle, the Camorra run their lives and not many people get away with leading normal lives. In the last 30 years the Camorra have murdered over 4000 people and in the past year, organised crime in Italy has spread over Europe and is estimated to earn over 150 billion euros a year.

Gomorrah follows the lives of five people spread around the area and how their lives intertwine, some are children who are employed as drug distributors and the social network works to the highest people in the country.
