Not many people know Santa has a brother! Fred Claus lives in America and he's got very little Christmas cheer. After all, he's lived in the shadow of a saint! Fred decides it's time to return to the North Pole for Christmas, when he gets there he finds his brother is facing serious problems. A new efficiency board has been appointed and he means business, having already got rid of the Easter bunny, Christmas is next on the list!
