Dan Zukovic goes off on modern society in this witty tale of a counterculturalist who fakes having a magazine called The Next Big Thing and proceeds to lambast everyone in modern Los Angeles -- all for an unknown personal end. His girlfriend Darla (Heimbeinder) is even stranger. Wry and sardonic, The Last Big Thing makes for a fun Sunday afternoon. Try it as as a matinee before a big Hollywood blockbuster.
