SGP is one of the few festivals that has not been taken over by corporate
sponsors with logos and advertising at every fence post. It is not until
you are actually there that this becomes apparent and really hits home.
Not since the early days of Glastonbury or Woodstock has this sort of setting
being available, albeit in a smaller, more manageable location. The gorgeous
setting is also part of SGP's special appeal - with a lake, bank side views,
it feels private and secluded lending to its special encompassing atmosphere.
In turn, the warmth of the welcome makes everyone want to partake..
