Walters Affair With Married Senator Almost Ended Her Career Message Board and Comments
Comments
Ms.Walters. I have watched your show since the beginning. I love your show,
but, there is a but. I watched the show Thurs. May 7, and again, Elisabeth
takes over the show. I was very disturbed how she uses her opinions and
everyone talks to argue. It's like your her boss sitting next to her and she
still has nasty things to say. Also, I felt Joy was besides herself. Sherry is
the one to balance. I feel that Elisabeth is getting on Whoppie nerves. I know
she getting on mind.
I have one question: You give your panel a lot of lead way, but, isn't there a
beginning, middle and end? Not just Elisabeth always having the last word.
Also, I seems to me Elisabeth is different when she's expecting.I really like
Elisabeth but I think she is over stepping her limit.
Take care your affair a long time along was your passion, I'm sorry that it
ended. I had a affair I loved the man very much. But, like you he was not my
color. So, at that time, we had to hide,I think your affair is the love of your
life. donna
What is Barbara Walters doing, bringing up all of these things in her book, only
tarnishing her image more and hurting the senator's family. She must be getting
senile!!!
It's more likely the affair Walters revealed would increase remembrances of Edward
Brooke and his work. I certainly have been interested in finding out about a man
who spent time with a woman I admire. Whether its Barbara, Donald, Oprah, You, Me
the objective is the same - publicity. Shell sell books and Brooke will be studied
possibly more than he has been in years. Bravo to both. Hell, maybe this is a brilliantly
placed news topic for the Republican Party. Now theres a cleverly orchestrated sc
andal.
