Yeah like others have already said i just cant see him as Riley and yet agin to say he's a threat is overstating it majorly! The film centers around Edward and Bella not Edward, Bella and Riley so to say it like its a leading part is wrong wrong wrong. i too have read all the book and agree it's just not the way Riley comes across no offence to Tatum but it just wouldnt work in my eyes but hey what do i know my eyes are blinded by Robs hotness lol.

I totally agree with you guys. I picture Riley as young and almost weak looking, but because he is a newborn he's really strong. I think they just like Channing because they think he's hot and they want more eye candy. See this is why they should have kept Katherine. That's just a dumb idea, think with your head and read the book woman stop thinking with your unfertilized eggs!

I agree - Riley is supposed to be young and Tatum isn't. Also, and no offence to him or any other actors - but he's no threat to Robert Pattinson appeal-wise - he's not even in the same league. And to make out his part is a "lead" is also a bit of a joke. I've read the book... I know.

I always pictured Riley younger - like Victoria's little puppy dog. Not just young as a vampire.
