Second Lawsuit Filed Against Brandy In Deadly Crash Message Board and Comments

My heart goes out to all involved in this. However, if I were the person who killed this woman would they be suing me for almost 75 million (both lawsuits combined)? Uh, think not. It's only because they got lucky with WHO hit her. They probably didn't even know who Brandy was until their lawyer filled them in. Wonder what his/her cut is....This should be treated like any other crash that was an ACCIDENT as the state patrol, etc. have said that it was. Let the insurance companies settle it like they would have to do if it had been any of us random people.
