Lets see if you're packing stadiums in 35 years time like Springsteen is. Lets face it, if you didnt have the name Lennon as a surname, no one would give you the time of day mate !!

I think it's funny that StevetheBrit (or whatever his name is) thinks Sean Lennon is a legend. His name was "JOHN," sillbilly. And John was a Bruce fan. Sean? I'll bet he sounds like his mom, with half the talent (and I'll let you all judge for yourselves how much that is/was). It's so sad when kings and queens of rock'n'roll have self-absorbed, lazy children who try stealing headlines with the fling of a famous last name. Ms. Hilton, where are you? ... Mr. Lennon needs some help. Oh, wait...you both have the same PR man: Mr. Elliot Mintz, where are YOU?

WOW! I bet that no account, no talent Springstein (or whatever his name is) really feels small now that a legend the stature of Sean Lennon has really skewered him. I'd think Sean is going to give Glastonbury a miss this year after already playing at Obama's inauguration, The Superbowl and Bonnaroo. (You know, it gets hard extending yourself so much once you get into your 30's!) As for cool, those deadbeats like Trey Anastasio (Phish) and Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine) will probably not want to guest with Bruce again now they've read this!

Unfortunately it's Sean Lennon who is 'uncool'. He's clearly unaware of Springsteen's music and is speaking out of ignorance. Maybe he's a bit envious of the E-Street Band's success. Anyway, for a musician to diss a fellow artist, especially one with Springsteen's reputation, is out of order. He's entitled to his opinion about the music, but the opinion is worthless if he knows nothing about it.
