people play the race card too often or the im persecuted for my religon black white
jew muslim be who you are get over worrying what others think its what you think
thats important nothing else and if anybody refuses you entry to wherever cause your
black or muslim then great cause thats not the place you would want to be anyway
Rashida is right on. My mother African American Baptist, my father Russian Romanian
Jew have been together until death did she part. I struggled growing up in my own
family dynamic and trying to live peacfully with my own siblings then top it off
with the rest of the world who would challenge who I am. For a long time it felt like
I was fighting for my life and I got really bitter. I had to work real hard to get
back to that loving kid that got picked on while I was growing up in the late 60's
early 70's. My mission now is to remind everyone that we are all one. It does not
matter where we came from and when you look into our homes we all still have the
same family relationship challenges, it doesn't matter what color your skin is.
Yes, I wrote about it. It is a theater piece running in New York City called- Random
Sharp Objects: The Story of How I Got the Past Out of My Ass. We're all one!
