If you ask me, they have no say in the deal. It's their own fault they didn't do the market research to price their tickets according to the expected demand. Maybe they should always auction off the front row of each section and make their money that way. Then they'll still capture the revenue.

oopsssss sorry but i dont agree :-/ why ppl who buy online must pay more than the other ppl??? thats not fair, i think, and also would make ppl avoid buying tickets online.... if the money of the tickets isnt enough for the artists, maybe the ones who receive most money from the tickets should think about giving a bit more to the artists....that would be much more fair cos they depend on the artists
