They don't need a piece of paper to prove they are married. In their hearts and souls, they are. That's what matters. Johnny's not representing Disney, he's representing himself and his family. If Disney were to drop him because of his marital status, he still would have nothing to worry about. Doesn't look like Disney cares about that, anyway. Besides, he'll never conform to society's judgement and everyone knows it. There are many couples today who don't get married yet live together for years. Whatever Johnny does, it's his business and he certainly is not hurting anyone. It's very rare to find love that strong today.

I think there is a certain awkwardness about having to refer to them as "dating" when they have two children together and have lived together for 10 years. Refering to the mother of his children as "his girlfriend" seems degrading. They are a perfect couple and should be together both in mans eyes and in Gods eyes. He is after all representing Disney, a Family company. Of course everyone wants them to get married as a part of the steps of life. They just didn't do the steps in order.
