Page Manager Led Zeppelin Are Over Message Board and Comments

lets leave Led Zep alone. They are the one band nobody can truly copy. Many
have tried many have failed. Jimmy Page is truly one of the all time best
guitar players if not the best he should know better. ALL those 80'S Bands that
sucked back then are still trying to play that crap its a joke. I DO NOT WANT
ZEP LIVING IN THE PAST.PLEASE LEAVE IT BE.Thank god the greatest lead singer of
rock n roll sees repetion as boring as many of us do. Please Jimmy lay it to
rest ,with the greatest rock n roll drummer of all time.
I am a HUGE fan of Led Zeppelin, and it's a different band without Robert
Plant. But what about Axl Rose? When Guns & Roses first came out he reminded
me of a cross between Janis Joplin and Robert Plant. I'd faint if I ever got to
meet Robert, however, I think he's probably happy doing something different,
but he'll be done with that and on to something else new. I cannot help but see
that they (Robert and Alison) are reeeely happy together. But he never stays
put. I read that he's happiest three feet from the front of a stage. Alison
will have to stop touring for a while, she's not a wonderlust(and she's
probably a good mum). By next year, I bet Robert will want to "rock" again. I
just know it. Be patient everyone!!!! It will work out because of sentiment,
it just has to. Men are very sentimental and on to new things.
If you've made Magic it cannot be bottled or replaced. I hope in the future
when the time is right and the planets line up they will come together once
again...Thay are legends now and forever!
You can't replace the MAGIC...
Jimmy Page should tour playing smaller gigs like a Club tour. Plenty of
material to draw from over his entire career, not just Zeppelin songs. Mix it
up with electric, accoustic, or both. Tickets will sell. Please tour again
Jimmy. p.s. Happy Birthday January 9th.
Im not shocked or surprised..and honestly, I could not see this happen with any
other frontman , other than Robert Plant.. I only wish I had seen them before
John H. Bonaham passed on in 1980, I was only 16, and will always treasure all
the Lp's , CD'S and books, and posters, and so forth.. Anyone who was lucky
enough to this band in their day with all four original members, Im sure they
have their memories of those concerts that lasted three hours. A fan I will
always be of the greatest rock band that ever came to be in music history..
