BS! I don't believe it. They must have gone out of their way to find only imbeciles to take this poll. Paul McCartney is one of the coolest artists to ever walk the face of the earth. He turned his struggles around and became the wealthiest musician of our time. I love Sir Paul,and he even composes classical music! He should be respected. He's a Beatle for Lord's sake! I agree Paul Mc Cartney is a big head and not that talented, he just holds on to the Beatles legend, What i am suprised about is the fact Cliff Richard was in the Top 10 WHY? He is a very down to earth lovely person, a great singer, very talented and the only one who has had so many hits in each decade, He is not annoying just nice. HES THE BEST !

I agree with Paul MacCartney he is a big head and i dont think hes that talented really, just holding on to that Beatles legend, but i am suprised at Sir Cliff in the top ten, How can he be annoying? hes the nicest most down to earth and talented singer out there, Hes the BEST ! Uh, hardhearted, what does McCartney's divorce have to do with his Beatles and Wings' legacy? I think you are confusing his behavior during the divorce to Heather Mills, who constantly seeked our pity and made unscrupulous demands. She was the one withou t dignity. Meanwhile, Paul kept his mouth shut and never once commented publicly about his relationship. Now, whose behavior do you think will have the most adverse affect on their daughter? You couldn't be more off base with your comments.

I am a Beatle fan from the 60s. I am annoyed with Paul. First, his concerts are way too expensive, if you want to get a t-shirt, etc. Also, his drug use for decades is annoying. I DO believe that that was the issue with he and Heather. Also, he allowed her to be put out to dry by the media and his fans. Now, he is serious with someone who is a teamster representative, whose father lost the business due to illegal dealings and I suspect that she is like her father. But now, she sits on the N.Y. board to make sure she does as she wishes. She is a multi-millionaire spoiled person. In comparison to Ringo, Paul comes up way way short for me, as far as values go. His daughter Stella only affiliates with the rich and famous, too. One piece of her clothing could feed a family for a decade. Seems like really screwed up values to me!!

hmm i dont find him irritating at all. as far as his divorce goes, MUCCA got a lot more than she deserved from a 4 year marraige. There was never any doubt that he would take care of his daughter just as he did his other kids. Fact of the matter is, the woman insisted that she wasnt out for money then made ridiculous demands. i had a good friend who wore tennies with suits (even a tux) so i find that rather indearing. also whats wrong with a peace sign? As a grown hippy myself i find it heartwarming in todays world of war and greed.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree. Paul has not only made himself look cheap and selfish, but also shows the malice only hinted at during the last few years of the Beatles. His behaviour during his recent divorce was completely without dignity, if only for the long term effects it may have on his youngest daughter. Paul has always sought the spotlight, but I believe he's done his biggest disservice to the Beatle's legacy and Wings, not to mention his reputation of love and commitment to his first wife and their children.
