I am an investor with HIGGINS WAENER. And I also was left hanging since last year when HIGGINS WARNER left Jamaica with no contact , no money. In December 2009. I received a cheque that he sent via FED EX. And the cheque returned. Now again there is no contact. I really need back my money. THAT MAN IS A THEIF. I was not the only one ...THAT WAS CRUEL getting our hopes up about repayment, then sending post dated cheques , and then the cheque bouncing...I CAN SHOW YOU THE CHEQUE...

I am also one of the over 7,200 Jamaican investors who Emile Maxim St. Patrick Higgins has robbed USD 5,000 plus 20% interest promised monthly over a six months period. I have been unable to get any response from him or his Higgins Wwarner Corporation since he moved office overnight, withot warning, from Jamaica. This man seems to be trying to accumulate wealth by going from country to country and robbing people of their hard earned cash through his well promoted seemingly attractive false USD investment clubs/schemes. Interested investors out there, PLEASE DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH ANY VENTURE PROPOSED BY EMILE MAXIM ST. PATRICK HIGGINS. He is a fraudster!

A central body should be set up in Jamaica to represent the Jamican ivestors scammed by Max Higgin. This body should work with ither international organization as in other countries represented by a central body to pursue the bringing to justice of Max Higgins. In Jamaica a meeting should be held of all 7200 investors and an action plan rolrd out as the way forward. &200 in Jamaica alone, worldwide might be astonishing, the the amounts of monies per person is worth retrieving even less interestie principal an d the law do whatever they wish after that. Hi, Alicia is my name from jamaica, i too have loaned this Higins Warner group, headed by Emile maxim St. Patrick Higgins. He promised to pay 20% interest on the money earned loan to him and the principle will be paid back 6 months after. Now he as disappered on all of us and closed down his office in Argentina, stops answering his phone and is out there somewhere with peoples hard earned money. Now please help us to put a stop on people like Emile higgins, who decides not to work for his own . But instead go around and rip poor people off. Since December none of the investors I know have received any of their interest payments.
