In response to Stage article.... Hugh is is not at all exhibiting or feeling an ego...amazing after all these years of acting......even prior to 'House' had many years of experience since he was a mere lad... Goes to show what an amazing character (and has much character) this man Hugh encompasses! so very very rare these days! His parents certainly taught him well, as well as Hugh himself experiencing and learning, yet always being a gent....and caring for others always........ Hugh is so focused on the working hard, and the fruits of his labors are just an aftermath...his family comes first, along with his dedicated work ethic, as always..........so refreshing and hopefully the award committees will see the brilliant, comic, dramatic, poignant performances he shares with his audiences.......consistent, hard working, and with constant brilliant surprises! What a joy and gifted actor Hugh is , bringing so much laughter and mind teasers to the public! We all appreciate the gifted writers of the show! along with the perfection of casting - in turn great actors...just love the cast; couldn't be better cast...great talent all around! We have come to be endeared to each and every character...don't kill anyone else off!!! The writers truly have so much vision and work in sync with your actors, as always....giving them the gift of room for potential, etc....what an extraordinary writing team! you truly all have a gift and in turn give us the audience a gift hundredfold! Thank You....with your intelligent writing w/ scientific backing you give your actors a gift as well.....Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regarding you Broadway stint, we realize your family is still coming into their own and that you need to spend time with your family....how selfish of me (your fans) to think you can commit to Broadway, given your family responsibilities at this time....you need this rare time with your family as you well know.....perhaps, later down the road Broadway awaits you Beautiful Hugh!......It is amazing you are doing all that you are and having a family to care for! You are a wonderful person and family man! With most regards!

Hi Hugh, Can completely understand your stage concerns as you are a perfectionist and ultimate professional getting everything just right..... I, for one, cannot get up in front of anyone..I give actors such credit for what they do to entertain us, especially you, being in virtually every scene with 'House'....you must have a great exercise/vitamin/healthy food regimen to keep yourself going........... With that said, perhaps with all of your hard earned timeless hours working, you can entertain the thought of appearing on Broadway... and be more comfortable with this venue at this point in your life, as opposed to earlier years......(perhaps your next 2010 break?) Just speaking from a fan and, I am sure, others agree that we would be so honored if you appeared on Broadway, and appreciate every minute of your gifted presentation to us! PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!!!!! Understand, if not, but wanted to get thoughts out there....Thank you for entertaining us with so many hours of your time!!!!! With much appreciation!
