Had Michael Jackson wanted his father included in his will Michael would have done it. As it stands this money belongs to Michael's children and his mother. I doubt that this man is going to get anything of Michael Jackson's money, it would be taking from Michael's children that isn't going to set right with a judge taking money from Children.
