You state that Jean Charles de Menezes was killed by "police" as he boarded an underground train. He had already boarded and taken a seat. He was killed by persons unknown, and there is no evidence that his killers were constables within a civilian police force. The men were not wearing uniform and did not identify themselves as police. The police ( and government) worked hard to prevent both an Independent Police Complaints Commission investigation, and a coroner's inquest. How could anyone make a fictional version when the facts are still hidden? You might tell the truth inadvertently, and be prosecuted.
