haha what losers, i thought oasis were better than that - obviously not, the song is completely differen to "Wonderwall" Gallagher wants to shut the hell up just coz hes jealous of green day's talent and good music. he sould get a life, and leave good bands to be awesome, while he slags off his own music for a change.

Noel makes this comment 2 years and 3 months after "American Idiot" comes out.....? Huh? He probably heard the mash-up done on the done songs - though similar in some areas - at best- they complement each other - BOBD is not a rip off of it at all. And - AND - maybe Noel needs to take a look in the mirror and analyze himself first and his music and position in the music world. Thought I do enjoy Oasis very much - he obviously thinks he is a legend in his own mind. He is not on the level of The Beatles, Stones, Who, Zep or Kinks - but talks like he is. Shurrup Noel - Green Day is awesome - BJ finally wrote like a man does and sang his ass off on that album. Kudos to them - and stifle yourself to you. Go home and write your next masterpiece will ya? Grow up man, so it apparently sounds similar to some outdated song you once produced that no youth would listen to today, feel special? Honestly, if they did copy something of yours, be flattered because it probably won't ever happen again. If not, then get medical help or something cause either you're not stable or you need some kind of hearing aid. Stop riding the coat-tails of a decent enough band.
